I used this Pain Cream after a particular work out where my triceps were very sore. The Pain Cream helped to dull the pain. I applied it every 4-5 hours, and each time the pain was lessened. I have had three knee surgeries and am hoping this will help me when my knees hurt after a long walk. It wasn’t very greasy and it soaked into my skin fairly quickly.
