Energy and focus, creates just that, energy and focus. I had been suffering from fatigue and lack of energy, I was also having inability to concentrate. As a mother of 4 young children and an attorney, daily productivity is crucial. This was the holistic and wholesome product I was looking for. I highly recommend this Product, however, make sure you take as directed on the bottle. You get so much energy that it can cause somewhat of a “crash” after 6 hours. I take some in the morning and in the afternoon, and I feel the benefits from when I wake up at 7 am until I go to sleep at midnight.
